Bay 13 is committed to sustainability. We serve only seafood that is caught or farmed in a manner that protects individual species and conserves marine habitats. We procure meat and poultry from regional ranches which adhere to sustainable standards, and obtain as much of our produce as possible from local farms committed to organic practices. We serve house bottled triple filtered still and sparkling water, eliminating plastic bottles and have an extensive recycling and composting program.
BAY 13'S wine list supports local and international wineries who produce wines that reflect a sense of place, or "terroir," through sustainable, organic or biodynamic farming and winemaking. Our list celebrates classic wine styles from 10 different countries with particular focus on locally produced Oregon wines. The list is carefully selected to compliment the variety of flavors and enhance the dining experience that BAY 13 offers.
