Bay 13 is a modern seafood restaurant serving fish from sustainable sources. Located in the historic 1909 Crane Warehouse building in Portland’s Pearl District. Bay 13 combines serious food in an unpretentious environment. The menu reflects the passion of Executive Chef David Ezelle. Ezelle offers contemporary seafood dishes with international influences.

The restaurant's design preserves the industrial feel of the building while updating it in a contemporary manner. The space combines exposed brick walls and industrial lighting with warm walnut banquettes and a zinc bar that enhances and reflects the larger Pearl District community.

Bay 13 is open for dinner nightly.  We feature  an Oyster Bar offering a daily selection of fresh shellfish and a Crudo Bar featuring modern raw fish dishes.  Sip housemade specialty cocktails, sample one of our premium sakes or enjoy a glass of wine from our collection of international and local wines.
